Welcome! I’m Brooklyn O’Dore, a passionate personal trainer and health coach with over 15 years of experience in transforming lives through fitness and wellness. My journey in this field began with a simple goal: to help others achieve their best selves, both physically and mentally.

I hold certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Specialist, PN L1 and L2, FMS L1, as well as advanced credentials in master coaching, nutrition, postural restoration, and functional movement. This extensive training allows me to tailor programs that meet the unique needs of each individual, whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance, enhance your overall health, or simply feel more confident in your body.
