Matcha Power Protein Smoothie

A favorite of mine, this vibrant, antioxidant-rich option is perfect for mornings or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (25g protein)

  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower rice (neutral texture, added nutrients)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a chilled glass and top with hemp seeds or cacao nibs if desired.
    Protein per serving: ~30g
