A favorite of mine, this vibrant, antioxidant-rich option is perfect for mornings or post-workout recovery.
Ingredients (Serves 1):

1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (25g protein)

1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-
½ frozen banana
-
½ cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower rice (neutral texture, added nutrients)

1 tbsp almond butter
-
½ tsp ground cinnamon
-
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a chilled glass and top with hemp seeds or cacao nibs if desired.
