Coconut Collagen Protein Bites

A low-sugar, gut-friendly snack packed with protein, healthy fats, and skin-loving collagen.

Ingredients (Makes ~10 balls):

  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored collagen peptides (or plant-based protein powder)

  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or cashew butter)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: roll in extra shredded coconut or cacao nibs

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick dough forms.

  2. Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Protein per bite: ~6–8g (depending on collagen brand used)
