Coconut Collagen Protein Bites
A low-sugar, gut-friendly snack packed with protein, healthy fats, and skin-loving collagen.
Ingredients (Makes ~10 balls):

1 scoop vanilla or unflavored collagen peptides (or plant-based protein powder)

½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

¼ cup almond flour
-
2 tbsp chia seeds
-
2 tbsp almond butter (or cashew butter)
-
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of sea salt

Optional: roll in extra shredded coconut or cacao nibs
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick dough forms.

Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Protein per bite: ~6–8g (depending on collagen brand used)
